MyCPDSpot is provided by CPDspot and Webducate and is free to all users.

Is my portfolio safe with MyCPDSpot?

All content stored on MyCPDSpot is backed up on a daily basis by a large scale professional web hosting service. In the event of a problem these backups will be used to restore your content.

Can other people see my portfolio on MyCPDSpot?

By default all the information you enter into your MyCPDSpot portfolio will be private and only visible to you when you are logged into the system. You can choose to share this information with others through the access restriction facility provided by MyCPDSpot. This may be appropriate if you wish to get feedback from your peers or network with other health professionals.

Can I take my portfolio out of MyCPDSpot?

MyCPDSpot uses the Open Source system ELGG. This system is under constant development and is committed to the use of open standards for the transfer of portfolio information. A portfolio export feature is due to be available on this system in the foreseeable future. In the meantime, if you wish to export your portfolio we will assist you in doing this.
